What is Kpop Resonance?
Kpop Night Resonance is Kinetic Dance Studio’s Mid Year Dance Showcase which will be on the 27th June 2026.
 
It is a beginner friendly showcase great for those who have never performed before while also being open to advanced dancers holding a super fun environment for all levels.

Location: Strathfield Latvian Theatre
When: 1PM onwards, keep the whole day free for rehearsals and performance.

Showcase Discounts:
Each student can join a maximum of 4x teams unless checked with Kinetic Studio and has a proven history of being able to handle 4+ teams. Soloist or backup dancers are not included in showcase discounts. 
 
- 2x Teams = 5% Discount
- 3+ Teams = 10% Discount
- 4+ Teams = 15% Discount

These are the terms and conditions for our KPOP Night Showcase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. By purchasing you agree to the above terms and conditions and you are over the age of 18 or have parental permission to purchase as there are no refunds.

    📌 Attendance & Commitment Policy

    Participants are allowed to miss only 1 out of 8 sessions for this course unless approved prior to starting with Kinetic Dance Studio. This missed session is non-refundable, and it is the participant’s responsibility to independently catch up on any missed content. Missing more than one session may result in removal from the team.

    Full commitment is expected from all participants. If you are aware of any scheduling conflicts (e.g. holidays or prior commitments) that may cause you to miss more than one session, please check with Kinetic before signing up to ensure you're placed on a suitable team.

    ⏰ Team Scheduling & Prioritization

    Team practice times are organized in advance based on VIP feedback. Once you’ve agreed to a scheduled time, your attendance is expected.

    If you fail to attend scheduled sessions without a valid reason and do not notify Kinetic in advance, you may be removed from the team, and your teacher will take your place in the final performance. This includes dropping out or missing practice due to external events, here are some examples - external kpop random play dances, Other social events, Non-urgent personal plans.

    As the performance date approaches, we ask all participants to make their team a top priority to ensure a strong, unified showcase so all our students can have a positive experience. Due to previous showcase feedback we will be more strict on attendance in the future, ensure you communicate about any absences before signing up. 

    🔔 Teens and Kids 

    For our showcase any participant under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before making any financial transactions with Kinetic otherwise they will not be liable for any refunds. Parents are required to sign a parental consent form which is available, for any of our course registrations here. If this document is not signed, individuals will be enrolled on the assumption of being over 18 years of age and will not be eligible for any refunds or exchanges.

    📌Medical Absences/Emergencies

    By signing up for projects, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, certify that you are in good health and accept full responsibility for your physical limits, and agree to release the studio and its staff from liability (except for proven negligence) while accepting that any refunds or credits for medical withdrawals are granted solely at the studio's discretion.

    For any emergencies/sickness we need to be a bit more lenient on our policy. To better manage sickness-related absences, here are the following rules for any of these situations

    1. If you are sick, you must notify us no later than 11am on the day of your practice. This allows Kinetic the opportunity to attempt rescheduling with the team.

    2. First absence: no documentation is required.

    3. Second absence: a valid medical certificate must be provided, otherwise the absence will not be accepted.

    4. Ongoing absences: Kinetic may be required to remove you from sections of the dance, or in some cases, from the team.

    We believe these steps are necessary to respect your teammates’ commitment and your teachers’ efforts. Thank you for understanding.
