STUDIO 1: Large Studio (A)
Size: Approximately 11.5 x 6
Capacity: Less then 25 people recommended
Pricing
- $70 per hr (Business Use)
- $55 per hr (Personal Use)
Prices can be negotiable for long term hires
STUDIO 2: Small Studio (B)
Size: Approximately 4.5 x 3.5
Capacity: Recommend 5 or less people.

- $30 per hr (Personal Use)

These dance space is open for creatives to use and can be utilized for many different activities, such as yoga, zumba, dance fitness, and more.

Terms and Conditions
In the event that a booking (Class or Hire) has been confirmed with Kinetic, any cancellations made prior to 24 hours after confirmation will result in the hirer being responsible for the full hire amount as a penalty. Cancellations occurring within 48 hours, lacking a reasonable explanation at Kinetic Studio's discretion, will necessitate the hirer to cover 1/2 of the amount, either through payment or deduction from the hirer's deposit. By reserving the studio, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Any alterations to studio bookings within 24 hours of the scheduled booking must receive Kinetic's approval. Kinetic may propose an alternative arrangement (e.g., 2 hours in the small studio instead of 1 hour in the large studio). The final decision will rest with Kinetic Studio's discretion.

Terms and Conditions
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Please provide a screenshot as proof to Kinetic. Cancellations or transfers are not permitted within 24 hours of your booking. You are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as you found it and will take responsibility with your own insurance in case of any property damage.
Please note that heels are not allowed in our studio. By booking with Kinetic Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.
