Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending any Kinetic class, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. Minimum Attendance

   • Kinetic classes will not run classes if attendance is too low, we will advise enrolled students 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We advise all students to book on the website at least 3 hours before the start time.  

   • In the event of a class cancellation due to low enrolment, Kinetic will notify all enrolled students via email and phone.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Students

   • To cancel or reschedule a class booking, Kinetic requires at least 12 hours’ notice before the class start time.

   • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit being forfeited.

3. Refunds and Transfers

   • All class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Credits cannot be shared or transferred between students.

4. Cancellations by Kinetic

   • Kinetic reserves the right to cancel a class due to low attendance, instructor illness, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

   • In such cases, affected students will be contacted and provided with an option to reschedule or receive a class credit at Kinetic’s discretion.

5. Arrival and Participation

   • Students are encouraged to arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to ensure class readiness and safety.

6. Safety and Conduct

   • Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically cleared to participate in Kinetic classes.

   • Kinetic is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes, except where caused by negligence.

   • Respectful conduct toward instructors and other participants is expected at all times.

7. Policy Updates

   • Kinetic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Full terms and conditions can be found here. Updates will be reflected on our website.
