K-pop Night Showcase: Performer Registration
This registration covers your participation in our upcoming K-pop Night showcase and is Mandatory. Please note the following details to ensure you’re ready for the stage:
Mandatory Fee: Registration is required for all performers. To participate in the show, you must purchase it here.
One Fee, Multiple Stages: You only need to register once, regardless of how many different teams or routines you are performing with.
Fixed Rate: There are no discounts on the rego fee.

Upon completing this registration, you confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained parental consent to participate. If you are under 18 and making the purchase, it is mandatory to complete this form here with your parents.

SHOWCASE REGISTRATION - KPOP NIGHT
All performers must have bought the "Showcase Registration" to participate and can be purchased on our website. Only 1x registration fee is required, if you are in multiple groups this only needs to be paid once (Please DM us @kineticstudioau if you have already in another group). This team will not be refundable if you didnt purchase a showcase registration and decide not to join after.
📌 Attendance & Commitment Policy
Participants are allowed to miss only 1 out of 8 sessions for this course unless approved prior to starting with Kinetic Dance Studio. This missed session is non-refundable, and it is the participant’s responsibility to independently catch up on any missed content.
Missing more than one session may result in removal from the team. Full commitment is expected from all participants. If you are aware of any scheduling conflicts (e.g. holidays or prior commitments) that may cause you to miss more than one session, please check with Kinetic before signing up to ensure you're placed on a suitable team.⏰ Team Scheduling & Prioritization
Team practice times are organized in advance based on VIP feedback. Once you’ve agreed to a scheduled time, your attendance is expected.

If you fail to attend scheduled sessions without a valid reason and do not notify Kinetic in advance, you may be removed from the team, and your teacher will take your place in the final performance. This includes dropping out or missing practice due to external events, here are some examples - external kpop random play dances, Other social events, Non-urgent personal plans.
As the performance date approaches, we ask all participants to make their team a top priority to ensure a strong, unified showcase so all our students can have a positive experience. Due to previous showcase feedback we will be more strict on attendance in the future, ensure you communicate about any absences before signing up.
For our showcase any participant under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before making any financial transactions with Kinetic otherwise they will not be liable for any refunds. Parents are required to sign a parental consent form which is available, for any of our course registrations here. If this document is not signed, individuals will be enrolled on the assumption of being over 18 years of age and will not be eligibe for any refunds or exchanges.
