Official Registrations for the ARCANE 2026 End of Year Showcase are officially LIVE!
If you want to secure your spot on the stage where ancient mysticism meets modern movement, it is time to lock it in. Head straight over to the Kinetic Studio Arcane Registration Page to sign up before spots fill up.
Here is everything you need to know about the big event, the costs, and how we are making this year’s showcase our most spectacular one yet.
🎭 The Big Details
Showcase Name: ARCANE: Ethereal Spirits Awakening ✨
Performance Date: 4th October 2026
Where: Hurstville Entertainment Centre
Official Registration Window: 11th July – 31st July 2026
Once we have our final teams locked in, we will be creating group chats to kick off the official rehearsal process. If a specific team fills up or doesn't go ahead, don't worry we will contact you regarding the alternative teams you listed on your sheet!
💰 Showcase Fees & Package Discounts
To hit the stage, every performer must purchase the mandatory Showcase Registration, plus their respective course fees.
Mandatory Registration Fee: $55 per performer (Only paid once, regardless of how many teams you join! Includes a FREE Arcane event t-shirt).
8-Week Course: $300 ($37.50 per 1.5-hour session)
10-Week Course: $350 ($35 per 1.5-hour session)
Additional Lessons: Any extra rehearsals required will be charged at $35 per 1.5-hour lesson.

2 Teams: 5% Discount
3 Teams: 10% Discount
4+ Teams: 15% Discount (Note: Registration fees are not discounted, and showcase discounts do not stack with other standard Kinetic promos).
📌 The Ground Rules: Commitment & Expectations
Because dance is the ultimate team effort, we are lifting the standard this year to make sure everyone has an incredible experience on stage. By signing up, you agree to the following conditions:
Attendance Policy: You are permitted to miss only 1 session per course. Missing more than one session without prior approval may result in removal from the team. External social events (like random play dances or casual plans) are not valid excuses—please prioritize your team!
Communication: An Instagram account is mandatory for all team communication. If you don't have one, please set up an account at Instagram before rehearsals start.
Skill Levels & Standards: Please choose teams that fit your current skill level. If you are struggling to hit the team's minimum standard, Kinetic will offer a gentle notice to give you time to catch up. If extra help is still needed, a 1-on-1 private lesson ($100/hour) will be required to keep the team synchronized.
Under 18s: If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent and have a parent sign the consent form during registration. Without it, transactions are processed assuming you are over 18, and no refunds or exchanges will be available.
🩺 Sickness & Medical Absence Policy
We want to keep everyone healthy and respect everyone's time, so we have streamlined our policy for sick days:
Notify us by 11:00 AM on the day of your practice if you are unwell so we can try to coordinate with the team.
First Absence: No documentation required.
Second Absence: A valid medical certificate must be provided.
Ongoing Absences: May result in removal from sections of the choreography or the team entirely.
Reminder: All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for change of mind once booked.
