Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Changes You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the class or event start time without penalty. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the start time. If you cancel or do not attend within 24 hours of your booking, the full fee will be charged. Refunds Refunds are not provided for late cancellations, missed sessions, or partial attendance. Any eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Changes to Bookings You may reschedule or transfer your booking up to 24 hours prior to your session, subject to availability. After that time, your booking is non-transferable and non-refundable.
