Registration Fees & Discounts
💰 Pricing:
- 10x Weeks of Training – $250 ($25 per 1-hour session)
- Registration Fee – $50
Total Payment - $300
Terms & Conditions
- Please note registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the course has not yet started. Kinetic Studio invests significant time and behind-the-scenes effort in organizing teams, scheduling sessions, and managing logistics. Due to this, refunds will not be issued once payment has been received.
Attendance Policy:
Students can only miss 1 out of 8 sessions (non-refundable).
Missing more than 1x session may result in removal from the team unless prior approval is obtained.
Full commitment is required
Schedules may change based on majority availability, please try to be flexible.
Additional Training:
If a team requires extra training beyond the initial 10x sessions, additional lessons can be arranged with a majority vote + Teacher/Kinetic approval
If you miss a session, you will be responsible for catching up with your team. Alternatively, you may contact Kinetic to arrange a one-on-one private session.
Extra sessions are charged at $25 per 1-hour session.
Teen K-pop Team (Homebush)
Participants aged 15 or younger are encouraged to join the Teen K-pop team on Saturdays.
Students aged 14+ may join other teams with parental permission. Communication will take place through Official Kinetic Instagram group chats; if a student is uncomfortable participating, a parent may join on their behalf.
Participants under 18 must have parental consent before making any payments.

If the form is not signed, the student will be considered over 18 and will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges if they change their mind.
TEAM KPOP KIDS (Ages 5-10)
There is strictly no refunds on any missed sessions. If you leave the group there is also no refunds on the remaining sessions. If practices needs to stop due to any COVID related reasons the practices will be delayed to a later date. By purchasing this you agree to these terms and conditions.
Any participant under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before making any financial transactions with Kinetic otherwise they will not be liable for any refunds. Parents are required to sign a parental consent form which is available, for any of our course registrations here. If this document is not signed, individuals will be enrolled on the assumption of being over 18 years of age
