This is for registration for our BTS - Run BTS ( Special video project)
We recommend some experience in dancing (Beg-Int level) for this team as you will be learning two different roles for one video project.

To celebrate the incredible milestone of completing over 100 video projects and reaching Volume 10, we’ll be hosting a special celebration event in 2026!

Volume 10 will have 2 Project Rounds. 
Round 1 - November 2025 and Round 2 in Jan/Feb 2026

Participants in this volume will also have the chance to perform live at the our celebration event along with other exciting opportunities. Stay tuned, more details will be announced next year!

Filming & Editing Fee: $60

IMPORTANT UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In the event that you are unable to attend a session, kindly inform Kinetic ahead of the course commencement to allow your teacher to make necessary adjustments. If you happen to miss a session, it is your responsibility to catch up on your own time. Please be aware that additional practices may be necessary, and these may deviate from the scheduled times, so be prepared to exhibit flexibility as a team. Each member is allowed to miss a maximum of one session unless prior approval is obtained from Kinetic. Missing more than one session may result in removal from the team.
 
While the estimated duration of this project is 6-9 sessions, the actual number may vary based on the team's progress. Should you miss an excessive number of sessions or fail to complete the project for reasons deemed unacceptable, you risk being barred from participating in future projects with this Teacher/Kinetic Studio. It is essential to ensure your commitment to the entire project before signing up. Kinetic reserves the right to remove individuals from the team if their performance falls below the acceptable standard of quality expected for the team.
 
Medical Absences/Emergencies
For any emergencies/sickness we need to be a bit more lenient on our policy. To better manage sickness-related absences, here are the following rules for any of these situations

1. If you are sick, you must notify us no later than 11am on the day of your practice. This allows Kinetic the opportunity to attempt rescheduling with the team.

2. First absence: no documentation is required.

3. Second absence: a valid medical certificate must be provided, otherwise the absence will not be accepted.

4. Ongoing absences: Kinetic may be required to remove you from sections of the dance, or in some cases, from the team.

We believe these steps are necessary to respect your teammates’ commitment and your teachers’ efforts.

Please note there are strictly no refunds for change of mind, once you have purchased you cannot refund even if the course has not started yet due to all the preparation behind the scene for our teachers, Purchasing from an incorrect location also does not qualify for a refund, please read out terms and conditions before purchasing.
